FITE General Assembly

The FITE General Assembly that followed these championships was an opportunity to discuss the past and future years.
As such, the FITE's moral and financial report was proposed and acted out, as well as the report of the two TREC and Equitation Working Sports Committees.

Poland presented its national equestrian tourism organization, the PTTK, to all members, as well as its motivations within the FITE.
The President of the FITE, Frédéric Bouix, presented the representative of the PTTK, Aleksander Jarmula, the certificate of membership of its structure to the FITE.

Many projects have been the subject of exchanges between the president of the FITE, Frédéric Bouix, and the various members, such as the easing of obligations related to the organization of the championships, or the sanitary and animal welfare regulations.

FITE also planning development towards new nations, which should be propelled by existing links with FITE members.

It should be noted that the official candidature of Italy for the organization of the European Championships of Working equitation 2019 was received at this General Assembly.
A feasibility visit will be organized soon by FITE Technical Delegate, Thierry Maurouard.

No applications have been yet submitted for the European TREC 2019 Championships.

The President concluded the General Assembly by thanking Italy once again through the FITETREC ANTE and its President Alessandro SILVESTRI for the success of this EuroWorld, as well as all nations for their presence.

EuroWorld championship of TREC  

The TREC EuroWorld Championships took place on the 30 August to the 1st September 2018 in Bracciano, Italy.

This event gathered 90 riders from 18 nations. Two countries were represented off competition, China and Russia.

European Championships of Working Equitation

The European Championships of Working Equitation took place in Eersel, Netherland from 23 to 26 August 2018. 

Four nations were represented in seniors and young riders levels for a total close to 40 riders in competition.
